Chris Dodson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they worked as an Assistant Editor at Main Street Productions, where they assisted with video editing and performed clerical tasks. From 2009 to 2012, Chris worked at WVUA-FM, first as a Program Director and later as a Station Manager, overseeing staff and addressing policy and regulatory issues. At WVUA 23, Chris held various roles from 2011 to 2020, including Production Intern, Studio Operations Assistant/Master Control Operator, and ultimately became the Master Control Operations Manager. In this role, Chris managed staff, performed repairs on-air systems, and conducted site visits to transmitters. Currently, Chris is working at Crispin Corporation, a Sony Group Company, as a Technical Services Engineer.

Chris Dodson attended Spain Park High School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained an Alabama Advanced Academic Endorsement. Following this, they pursued higher education at The University of Alabama from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Telecommunication and Film.
