Susan Pede is the Vice President of Operations at CRISPR QC since February 2024, where the focus is on providing essential information and insights to empower scientists using CRISPR technology. Prior to this role, Susan held various leadership positions at ICU Medical, including Director of Global Service Operations and Senior Manager of Global Service and Implementation Operations, where responsibilities included developing a Customer Success Program and overseeing business operations systems. With extensive experience in operations and product management across several companies, including toSense, Awarepoint, PatientSafe Solutions, CareFusion, Cardinal Health, Compressus, and Autometric, Susan has demonstrated expertise in customer management, product development, and program management. Susan holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside.
