Ashley Zisson

Ashley Zisson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology field, currently serving as CMC Lead in both In Vivo and Regenerative Medicine at CRISPR Therapeutics since June 2022. Prior to this, Zisson held the position of Associate Director of Process Development at Repertoire Immune Medicines, focusing on manufacturing multi-targeted T cells for clinical pipelines. Previous roles at Sentien Biotechnologies, Inc. included Senior Manager and Senior Scientist, where Zisson specialized in immunomodulation and governed GMP manufacturing for clinical trials. Earlier experiences include positions at PureTech Health, Georgia Institute of Technology, and research roles at institutions such as UCLA. Zisson obtained a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemical Engineering from UCLA.
