Ritikesh Kumar

Ritikesh Kumar is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in the life sciences sector, currently serving as Executive Director of Business Development at CRISPR Therapeutics since May 2024. Prior roles include Executive Director of Business Development at Clade Therapeutics, where Ritikesh led strategy and executed numerous partnering, licensing, and M&A deals to enhance engineered cell therapy product pipelines. Previously, Ritikesh spent over six years at McKinsey & Company, initially as an Associate and ultimately as Engagement Manager in the North America Life Sciences Practice, focusing on M&A strategy, growth initiatives, and due diligence for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Additionally, Ritikesh had early career experience as an Investment Analyst at The Blackstone Group and as an Associate Researcher at UC Berkeley. Ritikesh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
