Sorana Ailinca-Luchian

Sorana Ailinca-Luchian is an accomplished clinical operations executive with extensive experience in leading clinical trial management and operations within prominent biopharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as Executive Director of Clinical Operations at CRISPR Therapeutics since September 2018, Ailinca-Luchian previously held roles at TESARO, Inc. and Biogen, where responsibilities included building study start-up functions and overseeing early phase clinical trial execution. Ailinca-Luchian's career also includes significant positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, MedFocus, and Wyeth Research, where expertise in clinical project management and coordination was demonstrated. Ailinca-Luchian holds a Master's degree in Management from Cambridge College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education from Brandeis University.
