Janet Shinner

Janet Shinner currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations and Community Relations Advisor at CRISTA Ministries, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Janet spent nearly a decade at Westmont Living, Inc., where roles included Assistant Executive Director at Westmont Village Riverside and Community Relations Director, achieving significant increases in occupancy rates. Janet's earlier experience includes serving as Community Relations Manager at Sunwest Management, where successful transitions of distressed communities led to full occupancy, and as an Insurance Analyst at Group Health Insurance, focusing on liability assessments. Janet began a career in health services as a Medical Secretary at Tuality Community Hospital.
