Jim Richards is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology management and support. Since October 2010, Jim has excelled at CRISTA Ministries, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology, where continuous learning and improvement are hallmarks of their tenure. Prior to that, Jim held various roles at OpenText and the Department of Defense Education Activity, focusing on system administration, server management, and compliance. An early career at Newport Corporation involved engineering specialized instruments and providing customer support. Educationally, Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a teaching credential in Physics and Math from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
