Sarah Lecca

Sarah Lecca has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in training and development. Currently serving as Chargée de formation et dev. projets RH at Cristal Union since October 2020, Sarah is responsible for constructing, implementing, and managing the skills development plan in collaboration with various departments. Previous roles include Technicienne Formation RH at sanef groupe, where responsibilities encompassed the management of skills development plans and the creation of e-learning projects. Earlier positions involved administrative and payroll assistance at Supplay - Interim et Recrutement, and administrative support at CARI THOURAUD. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from CESI and has earned a License in HR Management from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a License in Psychology from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
