Cristalerias de Chile SA (Cristalchile) is a Chile-based company, which is primarily engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the production of glass containers for the beverage, food and pharmaceutical industries. Cristalerias de Chile SA operates two manufacturing plants: Padre Hurtado and Plant Llay-Llay. The Company is also involved in the production of wine and liquors, as well as in the publishing and media sector. As of September 30, 2012, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Constructora Apoger SA, Ciecsa SA, SA Vina Santa Rita and Cristalchile Inversiones SA. The Company is active domestically and abroad. As of September 30, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was Compania Electro Metalurgica SA.
