Benjamin Rangel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, community engagement, and media production. As the Co-Creator and Managing Editor of Bridge the City since September 2017, Benjamin has focused on inspiring actionable change in Milwaukee through podcasting. Concurrently, Benjamin serves as a History Faculty member at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School and has been a Commissioner for the People's Maps Commission since September 2020, working towards drawing fair and impartial legislative maps. Previous roles include Development Coordinator for City Year Milwaukee, where coaching was provided to AmeriCorps members, and serving as an AmeriCorps Member with College Possible, mentoring high school students in college readiness. Benjamin holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Marquette University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
