Genevieve Rogers has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 as a Dance Instructor at Kelly School of Irish Dance. Genevieve then worked as the President of Loyola Community Council at Santa Clara University from September 2009 to June 2010. In 2010, they joined the Bronco Bench Foundation at Santa Clara University as the Young Alumni Liaison and Events Leader until June 2013. From June 2011 to June 2013, they worked as a College Intern: Pricing at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems. In 2013, they became an Operations Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc. for eight months before transitioning to the role of Merchandise Manager. From September 2014 to September 2017, they worked as a Procurement Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation. In December 2017, they started as an Elementary School Counselor at Linda Vista Elementary School until June 2018. Finally, since June 2018, they have been the Head Academic Counselor at Cristo Rey San José High School.
Genevieve Rogers attended Bishop Montgomery High School from 2005 to 2009, where they did not receive a degree or have a specific field of study. Genevieve then pursued their Bachelor of Science at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business from 2009 to 2013, majoring in Marketing and Sociology. Later, Genevieve Rogers enrolled in San Jose State University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Education (MEd) in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services.
