Susan Baker

Susan Baker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in workers' compensation and employment law, currently serving as a Member at Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. since September 1992. Susan specializes in representing employers in administrative and court matters related to workers' compensation and EEOC claims. Prior to their legal career, Susan worked as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Director at the Medical Center of Rittman from January 1983 to September 1991, managing a family practice clinic and running a weight loss clinic for patients with metabolic diseases. Susan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ashland University, along with an R.N. degree from Akron City School of Nursing.
