Célian G. is a Machine Learning Engineer II at Criteo since September 2022, focusing on AB-testing for campaign returns and developing methods to reduce bias in test populations while navigating privacy challenges in the adtech landscape. Previously, Célian served as a Machine Learning Engineer and R&D Intern at Criteo, along with roles as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where contributions included overseeing software design projects and conducting research on robot evolution.
