Ana Recio

Ana Recio is the SVP of Talent at SoFi, overseeing all aspects of Recruiting, Diversity, Employee Experience, and Careers. Ana has 25 years of experience leading talent acquisition teams at pioneering tech companies including Salesforce, Yahoo!, MobiTV, EMC, Documentum, and Sybase. Prior to SoFi, Ana was the EVP of Global Recruiting for Salesforce, where she oversaw a global team responsible for hiring over 10,000 people annually and helped grow the company from 8,000 employees to 54,000 over 7 years.

Throughout Ana’s career, she has been instrumental in developing tools and programs that have helped measure quality of hire and mitigate bias in the interview selection process. She has also developed robust internal recruiting programs, which have resulted in higher retention rates and increased promotion of women and underrepresented minorities. Ana serves as an executive member of SoFi’s Latinos Unidos employee resource group and holds degrees in Sociology and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley
