Patrick Blanton

VP, Customer Success at Criteria Corp

Patrick has over 20 years of experience working with customers to help them achieve their goals. Before joining Criteria in 2008, Patrick worked as an IT consultant partnering with tech startups and media houses. At Criteria, Patrick started out as the company's first Customer Success Manager. He eventually hired and developed an incredible team that is able to meet the diverse needs of the much larger client base. The effectiveness of the Customer Success team is reflected in the amazing relationships with the customers, and an NPS and churn rate to match.
