Brittany Ruffner has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Brittany is currently the Vice President of Client Success at Criterion HCM since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tyler Technologies, where they held the positions of Director of Operations from 2017 to 2022 and IT Lead Project Manager from 2015 to 2017. At Tyler Technologies, Brittany was responsible for overseeing a team of technologists and managing digital government contracts. Brittany also co-created the initial Project Management Office (PMO) and generated operational reports. Before Tyler Technologies, Brittany worked as an IT Project Manager and Customer Service Representative at the same company. Additionally, they have held positions such as Product Specialist at All Risks, Ltd, Assistant Underwriter at Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc, and Communication Project Specialist at River Road Church, Baptist.
Brittany Ruffner graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Blueprint for Leadership" from United Way of the Midlands in 2021, "Women in Leadership" from Cornell University in 2018, "Foundations of Everyday Leadership" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, "ITIL Foundation v3" in 2014, and "Certified Scrum Master" in 2013.
