Phil S. Willis

Phil S. Willis has over 28 years of experience in the technology and media industries. In 2019, they joined Retail Velocity as Director of Client Success and Solutions Engineer. Prior to that, they were with NEWSCYCLE Solutions from 2014-2019, where they were a Cloud Engineer and maintained, monitored, troubleshot and updated hosted AWS SaaS infrastructure for software product line. From 2005-2014, they were with MediaSpan, where they held the positions of Level 2 Technical Support and Technical Support Representative. From 1999-2005, they were with Colonial Press Inc., where they were the I.T. & Electronic Pre-Press Tech. From 1991-1999, they were with Uninversal Publications, Inc., where they were the Internet & Art Department Manager.

Phil S. Willis obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Spring Arbor University. Phil S. also holds three certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (April 2019), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (April 2019), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (March 2019).
