Julian Fifield

Julian Fifield is an experienced consultant and business leader with a focus on innovative transformation strategies. Currently serving as a consultant at JRDF Consulting since January 2010, Julian leads a disruptive 'bottom-up' approach to business transformation, emphasizing the importance of understanding people and processes. Previously, as Programme Manager at NSF International, Julian managed a three-year program to develop a Meat Food Supply Chain capability on Blockchain. As Business Innovation Manager at Gigaclear, Julian spearheaded a community-driven broadband strategy, enabling rural communities in the UK to manage their own broadband infrastructure. Earlier work included supporting Healthtech companies in the NHS and founding Rx-e. Julian holds a Master's Degree in Business and Policy Development from the University of Bristol.
