Amber Mross PT, DPT, CSCS is a skilled physical therapist currently working at Critical Connection in Phoenix, AZ since April 2023. Previously, Mross served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at RELENTLESS ATHLETICS LLC, where program design for over 40 female athletes, focusing on Olympic weightlifting, was a key responsibility. Mross also gained experience as a Strength and Conditioning Intern, assisting in the development of female athletes from youth to collegiate levels. Earlier in the career, Mross worked as a Graduate Assistant at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, aiding in the Human Performance Lab. Mross holds a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Tufts University School of Medicine, a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, both from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
