Adélio Fernandes has extensive experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Technology at Critical Manufacturing since March 2009, where responsibilities include strategic planning and overseeing all product development activities. Adélio also co-founded the company and managed the Product Development area. Previous positions include Business Process Automation Area Manager at Qimonda, Portugal S.A., and IT Engineer at Infineon Technologies, where leadership of software development teams and project coordination were key roles. Adélio’s career began as a Software Engineer at TRACY IT, supporting Infineon Technologies AG. Adélio holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Minho (1998 - 2003).
