Diana Macedo

Diana Macedo currently serves as the Global Head of Finance at Critical Manufacturing since February 2023, overseeing financial operations across multiple countries including Portugal, the USA, Germany, China, Malaysia, and Mexico. Prior to this role, Diana was the Finance Shared Services Center Director at Voltalia, where the Porto-based Voltalia Internacional Accounting Center was established. With extensive experience at Amcor, Diana held the position of Financial & IT Director for over a decade, integrating operations controlling and managing various financial responsibilities. Earlier career roles include Financial Manager at SanQi Solutions and Itarion Solar, Financial Controlling Manager at Qimonda, and Logistics Internal Consultant at SOMA - Grupo AutoSueco. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Porto Business School and a degree in Management and Industrial Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, complemented by a leadership program from the University of St.Gallen.
