Sara Serra

Sara Serra is an experienced professional in the field of People Operations and Learning and Development, currently serving as the People Operations | Learning and Development Team Manager at Critical Manufacturing since March 2020. Additionally, Sara is an Event Manager at P4P - People 4 People, the first Portuguese community focused on People Management, since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Training Area Manager, HR Consultant, and Trainer at SHIFT.UP Consulting from December 2014 to March 2020, and a volunteer position as a board member and project manager with IPMA Young Crew Portugal from January 2014 to November 2018. Sara's career also includes significant contributions as Business Manager and Learning Management Advisor at Inetese and as a Training Technician at both TÜV Rheinland Portugal and Kerigma.
