Beth Shea Palmer has extensive experience in the field of content strategy, with a focus on journalism and personalization. Beth Shea began their career as a Journalism Teacher at Chicago Public Schools in 2008 and then taught Journalism and English at Gloria English School from 2009 to 2010. Beth went on to work as a Journalist at The Huffington Post from 2010 to 2011 and as an Executive Producer at Okanjo from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to a role as a Freelance Writer and Journalist while also working as a Personalization Strategist at Nike. From 2015 to 2019, Beth worked as a Senior Content Strategist at Motorola, where they gained expertise in crafting content strategies. Beth Shea then joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2019 as a Vice President and Senior Content Strategist but left in the same year. Beth continued their career as a Senior Content Strategist at Consultant from 2019 to 2021 and is currently working in the same role at Critical Mass starting from March 2021.

Beth Shea Palmer completed their high school education at Grant Community High School in 2002, where they focused on Journalism. Later on, they pursued further education at Columbia College Chicago and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism in 2008.
