Harmeet K Jaswal has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries.

In 2012, Harmeet worked as an Assistant Manager at Family Care Medical Centre. In this role, they assisted doctors with medical procedures, maintained patient records, and handled administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and billing. Harmeet K held this position until 2017.

From 2015 to 2017, Harmeet worked at the University of Calgary Students' Union. Harmeet K initially served as an Assistant Program and Events role, where they organized and executed various successful events. Later on, they became a Team Lead, overseeing a team of part-time assistants and managing program and events. Harmeet played a pivotal role in planning and coordinating events such as Stress Less Week, The Undergraduate Research Symposium, Frostbite, and The Teaching Excellence Awards. Additionally, they were responsible for updating the Undergraduate Research Symposium format for 2018 and establishing partnerships with external departments.

In 2016, Harmeet took up a position as the Manager of Operations at Punjabi Tadka Sweets and Restaurant. Here, they played a key role in the expansion and construction of the restaurant, established relationships with suppliers, and implemented a marketing strategy.

Harmeet also had a brief role as a Coordinator Special Event at the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning in 2017. In this position, they managed social media accounts, implemented social media campaigns to promote events and programs, and maintained and updated websites.

Currently, Harmeet is employed as a Project Coordinator at Critical Mass, a role they assumed in 2022.

Harmeet K Jaswal completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy and English from Athabasca University. This degree was obtained between the years 2013 and 2021. In addition, Harmeet completed the Research Associate Professional Identity Development (RAPID) Program: Level 2 certification in June 2017 from the University of Calgary's Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning.
