Jelena Grimshaw

Jelena Grimshaw has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jelena currently works as a Developer at Critical Mass, starting in March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Copyhackers as a Jr. Software Engineer from August 2019 to August 2020. Jelena also has experience as a Graphic Designer at TC Energy from January 2018 to January 2019 and again from February 2014 to October 2015. Jelena also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at muchstudio from March 2009 to January 2019. Before that, they were a Graphic Designer at Minuteman Press from September 2012 to August 2013. Additionally, Jelena has held positions such as Prepress Coordinator at Calgary Sun from September 2006 to March 2009, Art Instructor at Tuscany Club Calgary from September 2003 to May 2006, and Art Instructor at City of Calgary from April 2003 to December 2004.

Jelena Grimshaw's education history began in 1988 when they attended High School, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on Prepress Technology. Jelena completed their pre-university education in 1992. Following this, they attended the Private School for Fine Arts | Sergej Jovanovic from 1990 to 1993, where they specialized in Fine Arts, specifically Painting and Drawing. In 1993, Jelena enrolled at the University of Art, Academy of Applied Arts and Design, and completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design in 1998. Lastly, they pursued further education at Lighthouse Labs in 2019 and obtained a Diploma in Web Development.
