Joshua Brain Jaffe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joshua Brain started their career working as a Design Assistant at Digital Creek Publishing in 1999, where they gained practical experience in graphic design and customer interaction. Joshua Brain then worked as a Production Manager at Synister Creative Systems from 2000 to 2002, managing production for a tabletop role-playing game publishing company.
In 2001, Jaffe joined HMS Productions as a Graphic Designer, where they designed clothing and print advertisements and also took on IT responsibilities. Joshua Brain later joined Apple in 2005 as an Apple Macintosh Genius, where they provided technical support to customers while also excelling in customer service. Their role at Apple lasted for 10 years until 2015.
Jaffe then embarked on a freelance career from 1996 to 2016, primarily focusing on graphic design. During this period, they also worked for Nerdy City as a Chief Production Officer from 2011 onwards. Finally, they joined Critical Mass in 2016 as a Developer. Joshua Brain progressed to a Senior Developer role in November 2019, demonstrating their growth and expertise in the field.
Joshua Brain Jaffe has a diverse education history. In 2022 and 2023, they attended General Assembly, where they focused on User Experience Design. Previously, in 2015, they also attended General Assembly, specializing in Full Stack Web Development. Going further back, in 2004, they briefly studied Film Direction at the New York Film Academy. Additionally, they obtained an ACMT certification from Apple in January 2010.
