Lea B. is a highly experienced designer with a robust background in UX|UI across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Critical Mass since September 2021, Lea has previously held roles such as Principal Consultant/UX at Adobe, focusing on design frameworks and rebranding projects. Additional experiences include digital design positions at Havas, R/GA, and Razorfish, among others, where Lea contributed to responsive platforms and e-commerce solutions. A graduate of Pratt Institute with a Master's in Graphic Design, Lea's design journey began at HBO, crafting marketing websites for original series.
