Meghan O'Neill has a solid work experience in the advertising industry. Meghan recently joined Critical Mass as an Associate Creative Director in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Crispin Porter Bogusky from November 2019 to July 2021, initially as a Senior Copywriter and later as a Creative until November 2020. Before that, they worked at GSD&M as a Creative from February 2017 to February 2019. Meghan's career began at Heat (advertising not basketball) in October 2015 as a Junior Creative, where they worked until February 2017.

Meghan O'Neill attended Vanderbilt University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major fields of study were Math and English, with a minor in Managerial Studies in Corporate Strategy. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Miami Ad School-San Francisco and focused on Art Direction.
