Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director at Critical Mass, Neil oversees creative teams across multiple global offices, collaborating with clients such as DIAGEO and Mitsubishi. Previous roles include Chief Design Officer at Brilliant Basics (now WONGDOODY), where Neil transformed a traditional UX business, and Group Creative Director at Publicis Sapient, leading a studio of over 100 creatives. Neil's career spans various prestigious agencies, where significant contributions include enhancing digital capabilities and setting strategic creative standards. Additionally, Neil serves as a mentor for emerging leaders in design through programs like D&AD and Future London Academy. Educational credentials include an MA and BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the University of Staffordshire, along with training from Hyper Island.
