Rebecca Steurer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of content strategy and marketing. Rebecca currently holds the position of Group Director of Content Strategy at Critical Mass since July 2023. Previously, they worked as a Director of Content Strategy at the same company from April 2020 to July 2023.
In addition to their role at Critical Mass, Rebecca has also been involved in entrepreneurship and education. Rebecca is the Co-Founder and Instructor at Content Academy, a platform that offers digital marketing training. Rebecca started this venture in October 2016 and continues to be involved as of July 2023.

Rebecca also worked as an Associate Director of Content Strategy and later as a Senior Content Strategist & Chief Content Marketer at Manifest Digital from September 2012 to June 2014 and from November 2010 to September 2012, respectively.
Rebecca started their career as a Content Manager at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in September 2002, where they gained experience in information architecture and user experience. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate Marketing at Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group from January 2000 to August 2002, where they managed the health information page on the organization's website.

Rebecca Steurer obtained a Certificate in Designing Strategy from IDEO U in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued their education at Illinois State University from 1990 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Masters of Science degrees. Their fields of study were Nutrition Sciences and Exercise Science.
