Rhian Tate

Rhian Tate is a Senior Designer at Critical Mass, working embedded with Airbnb since September 2021. Prior to this role, Rhian held the position of Experience Designer at Green Stone for a brief period in 2021 and served as a Designer at Engine Digital from May 2019 to November 2020. Early design experience includes a position at Elemental Architecture and Interiors in 2016. Rhian also gained customer service experience as a server at The Noble Pig Brewhouse from 2014 to 2015. Academically, Rhian holds a Bachelor of Design in Design and Visual Communications from Capilano University (2015-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of Victoria (2007-2011).
