Sasha Balfany

Sasha Balfany is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in digital strategy and visual design, currently serving as a Senior Designer at Critical Mass since August 2021, where Sasha works embedded with Airbnb. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Visual Designer at McBride Research Labs, and various positions as a self-employed designer from 2016 to 2021. Notable past experiences also encompass graphic production artist at Hogarth Worldwide for Apple, and visual designer for Google Express through Adecco USA. Sasha's background includes work with prominent companies like bareMinerals, Converse, and Sapient, contributing to a diverse portfolio across web design, campaign management, and creative direction. Sasha holds an Associate of Arts in Art Direction from Miami Ad School and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Michigan State University, complemented by a study abroad experience in Studio Art at John Cabot University.
