Sindy Bolaños Mora has a diverse range of work experience in the digital industry. In their most recent work experience, Sindy worked as a Senior Project Manager at Hangar, overseeing projects for the Nissan and Infiniti USA websites. Sindy managed resources, schedules, and financials, and ensured adherence to quality standards.

Currently, Sindy is working as an Account Manager at Critical Mass, where they are responsible for managing and growing customer relationships and overseeing a portfolio of digital deliverables for the Nissan USA website. Sindy communicates with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to keep projects on track and improve continuously.

Sindy Bolaños Mora began their education journey in 2004 at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, where they pursued a Bachelor of Honor in Informática Empresarial with a specialization in Ingeniería informática. Sindy completed their degree in 2007. After a brief break, they continued their education at Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a License in Ingeniería Informática y Calidad de Software, focusing on Ingenieria en sistemas. In 2010, Sindy also attended Centro de Formación en Tecnologías de Información, where they completed a program in Administración de Proyectos, specifically studying Administration of projects for a year.
