Tom Pearce

Tom Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Tom started their career at Future Shop, where they worked as a Sales Associate from August 2011 to March 2015. Following this, they joined PowerStream Inc as a Corporate Communications Co-op from August 2016 to January 2017. Tom then transitioned to ICF Olson, where they initially worked as a Marketing Communications Intern from June 2018 to September 2018. Tom subsequently became an Account Coordinator from September 2018 to December 2018. Moving on, they joined ICF Next as an Account Coordinator from June 2018 to July 2019, and eventually advanced to the role of Account Manager from August 2019 to May 2021. Currently, Tom works at Critical Mass as an Account Manager since June 2021, and they have recently been promoted to Senior Account Manager from April 2023.

Tom Pearce obtained an Advanced Diploma in Marketing from George Brown College, which they attended from 2015 to 2018. In addition, they received a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2020.
