Kirsten Heineman

Kirsten Heineman has a diverse background in law enforcement and education. Currently working as a Project Administrator at Critical Power Consulting, P.C., Kirsten also serves as a Driver at Nationwide Organ Recovery Transport Alliance-NORA. Prior to this, Kirsten held positions as a Police Officer at Mounds View Police Department, a Community Service Officer at Columbia Heights Police Department, and a Behavior Intervention Specialist at Forest Lake Area School District. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Hope College, a Certificate in Law Enforcement from Metro State University, and a Certificate in Leadership Program for Supervisors from Century College.
