Rhonda Sears is a seasoned professional in project accounting with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Project Accounting Coordinator at Critical Project Services since November 2024, Rhonda previously held the position of Project Accountant at Ratcliff Companies from June 2012 to November 2024. Prior to that, Rhonda was the Vice President of BWS Fire Systems, Inc., a family-owned business, where responsibilities included full charge bookkeeping and office management from July 2000 to May 2012. Rhonda also gained valuable experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor at Parkway Construction & Associates, L.P. from January 1993 to June 2003, focusing on job cost control and subcontractor insurance compliance. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from North Central Texas College (2005-2008) and earlier studies at Lewisville High School (1985-1987). Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks Pro, Rhonda possesses a strong foundation in financial management and accounting software.
