Rhonda Sears

Rhonda Sears is a seasoned professional in project accounting with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Project Accounting Coordinator at Critical Project Services since November 2024, Rhonda previously held the position of Project Accountant at Ratcliff Companies from June 2012 to November 2024. Prior to that, Rhonda was the Vice President of BWS Fire Systems, Inc., a family-owned business, where responsibilities included full charge bookkeeping and office management from July 2000 to May 2012.
