Shannon L. Burke

Shannon L. Burke has worked at Critical Response Group since 2019. Shannon L. started as an Operations Intern in March 2019 and continued in that role until June 2020. After that, they became a Business Operations Manager from June 2020 to December 2022. Currently, Shannon holds the position of Director of Business Operations starting from January 2023. Prior to joining Critical Response Group, Shannon worked as a Human Resources Director at Kappa Alpha Theta/Epsilon Nu from December 2018 to December 2019.

Shannon L. Burke began their education in 2012 at Red Bank Regional High School, where they completed their high school education. After graduating from high school, Shannon attended Virginia Tech from 2016 to 2020. At Virginia Tech, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Information Technology with a focus in Operation and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Shannon also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management from Virginia Tech during the same period. It is also worth mentioning that while at Virginia Tech, Shannon obtained a Pamplin Career Readiness Certification from the Pamplin College of Business.
