Diego Pignocco is an accomplished network and systems engineer with extensive experience in IT management, communications, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Network System Engineer at Critical Service, responsibilities include network configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance validation. Previously, Diego held various roles at RGI Group, including Azure AD management and Microsoft 365 administration, and has a solid background in software quality assurance across multiple organizations such as NATIXIS and AXA Assicurazioni, focusing on client needs and tailored solutions. Educational qualifications encompass a diploma in Information Technology from ITIS G.Peano and additional certifications in network systems and web programming, as well as a certificate in image consulting.
