Rute Frias is an experienced design professional with a strong background in UX/UI design and management. Currently serving as the Lead UX/UI Designer and UX Manager at Critical Software since November 2021, Rute previously worked at Körber Digital as a UX/UI Designer from July 2020 to November 2021. Prior roles at Critical Software include Senior User Experience Designer and Product Owner, as well as User Experience Designer from November 2012 to June 2020. Rute also gained experience at onCaring as a User Experience Designer and at ALERT Life Sciences Computing, S.A. as a User Interface Designer. Earlier career experience includes a Designer and Researcher position at New University of Lisbon. Rute holds a Licentiate degree in Communication Design from the University of Lisbon, earned between 1999 and 2005.
