Andy Rowe has over 15 years of professional experience in customer success and product marketing. Andy began their career in 2007 as an Operations Manager and Customer Relationship Manager at FINANCIAL SYSTEMS LIMITED. In 2008, they took on a volunteer role as an Observer at IAM RoadSmart. In 2018, they became an Enterprise Adoption Manager and Customer Success Manager at Lead Forensics. In 2020, they were promoted to Customer Success Manager at CriticalArc. In 2022, they moved to Zephr as a Senior Customer Success Manager and later returned to CriticalArc in the same year in a Customer Success and Product Marketing role.
