Rachel Osborne

Rachel Osborne is an accomplished finance and executive leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Mentor at Criticaleye, and as Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair at both Marston's PLC and Ocado Group, Rachel previously held significant leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Ted Baker, Chief Financial Officer at Debenhams and Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd, and Non-Executive Director at both Dunelm and HM Courts and Tribunals Service. Additionally, Rachel's earlier career includes strategic roles at Vodafone and John Lewis. Rachel obtained a BA (Hons) and MA in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Cambridge.
