Mark Ackermann

Mark Ackermann is an experienced operations and health facilities management professional with a diverse background in public health preparedness and emergency management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Crittenton Services since January 2023, Mark oversees general operations across all divisions, focusing on financial responsibility and project completion. Previous roles include Health Facilities Surveyor at the West Virginia Office of Health Facilities Licensure and Certification, Public Health Threat Preparedness Director at the Marshall County Health Department, and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at Ohio Valley Medical Center. Mark's extensive experience in crisis management is further supported by earlier positions in mental health services and correctional facilities. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Public Safety Emergency Management from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, along with a high school diploma from Wheeling Park High School.
