Currently serving as Operations Manager at Crittenton Services since January 2023, Mark oversees general operations across all divisions, focusing on financial responsibility and project completion. Previous roles include Health Facilities Surveyor at the West Virginia Office of Health Facilities Licensure and Certification, Public Health Threat Preparedness Director at the Marshall County Health Department, and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at Ohio Valley Medical Center. Mark's extensive experience in crisis management is further supported by earlier positions in mental health services and correctional facilities. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Public Safety Emergency Management from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, along with a high school diploma from Wheeling Park High School.

Wellspring offices are located in five cities: Weirton, Wheeling, New Martinsville, Morgantown, and Huntington. Wellspring is a licensed behavioral health provider.
