Annette Rosado possesses extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Property Manager for Community Realty Management Inc. since August 2018, overseeing a non-profit Section 202 program Senior Community with 150 units in Ventnor, NJ, and ensuring compliance with HUD standards. Prior to this role, Annette held the position of Senior Community Manager at Eagle Point Management from 2007 to August 2018, managing a Section 8/Tax Credit Community and bringing 14 years of expertise in multifamily housing and compliance with HUD and LIHTC standards. Additionally, Annette gained experience at Community Realty Management managing Oakview Apartments from August 1999 to July 2007 and began a career in customer service as a Bank Teller at Millville Savings from 1990 to 1993. Annette is an alumnus of Cumberland County College.
