Jarmo Alaniemi

Jarmo Alaniemi has extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Jarmo began their career at Outokumpu in 2004, where they worked on computer/server maintenance and setup. In 2006, they joined Elan IT as a Test Engineer for a brief period.

In 2006, Jarmo joined Nokia Mobile Phones, where they served as an Audio Engineer. Their responsibilities included setting up the Head Acoustic audio test system, creating test processes, and managing operator approval measurement and Dolby certification measurement. Jarmo was later promoted to Senior Audio Engineer before leaving the company in 2012.

From 2013 to 2014, Jarmo worked at Satavision Oy as a Technical Specialist. In this role, they designed and delivered 3D design environments and related products to customers, established a network of suppliers, and applied the latest LED techniques.

Jarmo then joined Talenom in 2014 and held various positions within the company. Jarmo initially worked as an Application Specialist, where they created document capturing using ABBYY software and supervised the document capturing team. Jarmo later transitioned to the role of Software Specialist, where they created Excel tools, supported customers with Excel-related issues, collected information from SQL databases, and generated reports using Tableau.

In 2017, Jarmo became a Product Manager at Talenom, responsible for creating budgets, designing, and scheduling new functionalities. Jarmo also worked as an ERP Product Manager and Head of Product Line, overseeing the CRM product line by creating budgets, designing new functionalities, and assisting users.

Currently, Jarmo is employed at CRM-service as a Project Manager, a role they started in 2022.

Throughout their career, Jarmo has demonstrated proficiency in project management, product line management, software development, technical specialization, and audio engineering.

Jarmo Alaniemi attended Oulu Polytechnic from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Telecommunication.
