Tero Tasanen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tero started their career in 2005 as a System Administrator at the Finnish Defence Forces. In 2005, they also became the CEO of CodeON Solutions, where they worked until 2008. At CodeON Solutions, they gained valuable experience in leadership and managing a company.
In 2008, Tero joined CRM-service as a Systems Designer, responsible for designing and implementing systems. Tero then moved up to the role of Technical Manager in 2010, where they demonstrated their expertise in managing technical projects and teams. In 2015, they took on the role of CTO, assuming overall technological responsibility for CRM-service's CRM product and HA infrastructure. Tero also led an agile full stack web development team.
In the same year, Tero joined CRM² as the CTO, continuing their leadership and technical responsibilities. Throughout their career, Tero has shown a strong aptitude for technology, team leadership, and project management.
Tero Tasanen pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from 2015 to 2018 at Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics, Avance Executive Education.
