Additionally, Matthew serves as the Chairman of CRM Team Innovation, a subsidiary focused on creating application technology for Salesforce users. Prior roles include serving as the CTO of ODC Group, where responsibilities encompassed technology management and operational leadership for UK print brands, and as a Business Consultant with SES Professional Services. Matthew's career trajectory began as an IT Engineer at Solution 6, advancing through various leadership roles in IT and consulting, underpinned by a BEng in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hull.
