Director, India Operations & CRM Architect at CRMantra

Harish has successfully engaged with customers as a Technology Advisor and Architect to enable their vision and strategy for digital transformation. He has played a very critical role in several CPQ implementations with high-profile customers in the media and communications industries.

He is a CRM platform Architect with all-round expertise in CRM cloud and on-premise applications, and full-stack Java development. His CRM applications’ expertise includes Siebel, Salesforce, Vlocity, and multiple CPQ apps such as Vlocity, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Apttus, and Model N. He has been instrumental in architecting the solutions for multiple CRMantra applications that have helped customers in achieving significant ROI.

In his current role, Harish is responsible for devising corporate strategy and developing delivery centers across the globe, building and mentoring teams at delivery centers. He was instrumental in setting up CRMantra’s India Delivery Center and has been managing the entire operation since its inception.

Before joining CRMantra, Harish led several CRM implementations and business process transformations in Banking, Telecom and Service industries. He was recognized by Accenture for his contributions by showcasing him in CRM events, portal and CRM wall of recognition.

Harish has an MBA in Information Systems from Griffith University, and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University.
