Naveen Vemulapati

Naveen Vemulapati is currently the VP, Analytics & Customer 360 at CRMIT Solutions. Naveen has over 11 years of experience in Business Intelligence, IT strategy, and data governance.

Naveen started their career in 2008 as a Manager - Information Technology (OBIEE) at Deloitte Consulting. In this role, they were responsible for heading IT operations with an emphasis on formulating BI strategy, roadmaps, and data governance models for clients. Naveen also generated proof of concepts for multi-source ETLs to support integrated analytics requirements and effectively managed several BI initiatives in the firm, including proposal writing, training, and mentoring in Business Intelligence.

In 2009, Naveen left Deloitte to start their own company, B.I. Minds Inc., where they served as the Founder & Customer Advisor. In this role, they were responsible for setting up business intelligence operations, including pre-sales and delivery for clients across various domains. Naveen also worked with clients, partners, and vendors to bring the right resources and evaluate the right BI tools. Naveen drove alignment of business needs and technical requirements while overseeing the project execution from proof of concepts and requirements gathering to end user testing and deployment.

Naveen successfully managed many projects with expected outcomes and deliverables while meeting timelines and budgets. Naveen implemented continuous improvement programs by working with business users to address pain points. Naveen was also able to communicate and engage with business leaders to address complex business issues and translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Naveen Vemulapati has a B.Tech in Mechanical from Acharya Nagarjuna University and S.V.H.College of Engg, and an M.Tech in Manufacturing from National Institue of Foundry and Forge Technology. Naveen also has certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
