Nikhil Katkade

Nikhil Katkade began their work experience in 2017 as an Innovator at Digital Impact Square, a TCS Foundation Initiative, where they focused on digital technology innovation to address social issues. In 2017, they also co-founded Kisan Gold compost and agri solutions, an agricultural start-up promoting organic farming. From 2019 to 2021, Nikhil worked at Sahyadri Farmers Producer Company Limited, first as an Executive-Supply Chain Management (Retail) and later as a Senior Executive-Supply Chain Management (Retail). In these roles, they spearheaded cross-functional teams and led strategic initiatives in supply chain management to achieve organizational goals. Currently, Nikhil is a Business Analyst at CRMNEXT, starting in 2022.

Nikhil Katkade completed their Post Graduation in Operations Research from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Graduation degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sandip Institute of Technology & Research Centre, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Nikhil completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) from KRT Arts, BH Commerce and AM Science College in Nashik from 2010 to 2012. Nikhil completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) from Vainateya Vidyalaya and Jr. College of Science in Niphad from the years 2000 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Nikhil has obtained several certifications. Nikhil completed the "Excel for Business Analysts" certification from LinkedIn in July 2022. In the same month and year, they also completed the "MySQL Essential Training" certification, also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, Nikhil obtained the "SAP Sales and Distribution" certification from Udemy in November 2021.
