Shikha Srivastava

Shikha Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Human Resource Executive at M/s Delux Carpet Company, Bhadohi, where they handled various HR responsibilities such as performance appraisals and training needs analysis. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Sr. Lecturer and Placement Officer at the Institute of technology for women. In this role, they contributed to the placement of students and also delivered lectures. Shikha then transitioned to the role of Associate Consultant - HR (Talent Acquisition) at Global Consultancy & Management Solution in 2015, where they were responsible for candidate screening, briefing, and CV preparation. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Sr. Consultant at Spectrum Talent Management, managing the complete recruitment life cycle and sourcing candidates from various platforms. In 2019, they joined Xpert Conexions @ Client Site - Acidaes Solution Pvt Ltd. (CRMNext) as a Delivery Manager, where they played a key role in managing project delivery. Most recently, since April 2020, Shikha has been working at CRMNEXT as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the HR department.

Shikha Srivastava completed their education with an MBA degree in Finance and Human Resource Management from Motivational Pathway, which took place from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Accounting from Sunbeem College for Women in Bhagwanpur, Varanasi, from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in financial markets (Level -1 all 4 modules) from NSDL in September 2007.
